Single phase only. This configuration is not recommended for electroless chemistry or applications prone to sludge buildup. Heaters in excess of 24 amps may require a non-standard head with 3/4' conduit, please consult factory.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Excellent chemical resistance to aggressive acids.
FEATURES
PTFE sleeved 304 stainless elements inert to most solutions up to 212°F (100°C).
Low watt density design 10 watts/square inch (1.5w/cm²).
4 foot (1.2m) continuous fluoropolymer (PTFE) cable leading to a vapor resistant terminal enclosure and 3 ft (.9m) flexible PVC liquid tight conduit.
Grounded internal metal element and built in thermal protector. Replaceable P1 protector standard for solutions up to 180°F(82°C).
Certification: cULus. CE certified (except 600 volts).

Specify thermal overload protection desired. Guards are recommended on over the side heaters and required on L-Shaped heaters. Standard guard is polypropylene. Fluoropolymer (PTFE) guards recommended for chromic acid and solutions exceeding 180º F (82ºC).
