Heating Temperature Controller SystemThe cables and sensors of theheating systems are inserted intothe control cabinet via cable glandssituated at its base and are tightlywired at the clamping strips. Atemperature probe with a Pt 100sensor element must be connectedfor temperature control; a MTSufloating switch or alternatively aconductive NS 2 level rod probemust be connected for fluid levelmeasurement.A floating switch with an integratedtemperature probe (MTSt) or a level rod probe with an integrated temperature probe (NT 2) can ofcourse be connected in place of indi-vidual sensors. The connection of aseparate temperature probe is in thiscase not necessary.Unused cable seals are closed withblind plugs.When connecting single-phaseimmersion heaters use safety im-mersion heaters with an anti-burnsystem to improve the safety of thewhole system. These immersionheaters have a temperature moni-tor built-in at their heating insert,which safely disconnects them atinadmissibly high immersion pipetemperatures (e.g. complete heatingliquid loss).
